Can External People Upload Documents to the Application?
Yes, external people, such as property owners or third parties, can securely upload documents to the application without needing direct access to your account. Here’s how it works:
Access My Properties: From the menu, click on My Properties to view your properties.
Select a Property: Choose the specific property for which documentation needs to be uploaded.
Go to the Documents Tab: After selecting the property, navigate to the Documents tab.
Share a Secure Link: Inside the Documents tab, you’ll find a Share button. By clicking this, you generate a secure link that can be sent to the person responsible for the documentation.
External Upload: The recipient of the link can use it to upload the required documents directly for that property. Once the documents have been uploaded, you will be notified that the submission is complete.
This allows external parties to contribute to the documentation process securely and efficiently.
