How to certify your building
Certification Process:
For Residential Buildings: You are required to certify all the properties that you manage within the building.
For Serviced Apartments: You only need to audit a portion of the units. Specifically, the number of units to be audited is the square root of the total number of units, with a minimum of one unit per category audited.
Confirming the Certification
Once all the certification requirements for the building have been met, you must navigate to the Confirm tab. In this section, you will need to verify and confirm the data for the building. After confirming, the building will be officially certified.
