How to Create a Guidebook for Certification
Creating a guidebook is an essential step in demonstrating that your property meets the required criteria during the certification process. Follow these steps to create a new guidebook:
Access the Guidebooks Section:
Go to the 'My Guidebooks' section in your dashboard.
Click on 'Add' to create a new guidebook.
Name and Organize the Guidebook:
Give your guidebook a clear name.
Add the corresponding URLs or files that support each of the required sustainability criteria.
If possible, separate the content into sections to ensure the auditors can easily find the specific information they need.
Reuse for Multiple Properties:
Once the guidebook is created, you can use the same one for multiple properties.
To do so, go to the property pages, click on 'Guidebook', and select your guidebook from the dropdown menu.
By following these steps, you'll ensure that your guidebook meets all certification requirements and simplifies the auditing process.
