Steps to Create a Building on Certitur

Follow these steps to create a building listing on the Certitur platform:

Access the Dashboard:
Log into your account on the Certitur platform and navigate to My Buildings

Create a New Building:
From the dashboard, click on the "Create Building" button to begin the process.
Fill in all the required building details, including the building name, type, and other relevant information.

Add the Building Address:
Enter the building address in the designated fields. This address will be used during the photo tour to verify that you are physically at the location.
You have several options to provide the location:
Option 1: Write down the full address and select it from the drop-down box that appears.
Option 2: Use the movable pinpoint on the map to manually set the exact location.
Option 3: If you know them, enter the latitude and longitude coordinates in the boxes provided for a precise location.

Submit the building:


Once the building is created or modified, it will undergo a review process by Certitur. You can monitor the review status at any time in your dashboard.
Important: The building must be reviewed and approved by Certitur before it can be certified.
