Steps to Create a Property on Certitur

Follow these steps to create a property listing on the Certitur platform:

Access the Dashboard:

• Log into your account on the Certitur platform and navigate to My Properties.

Create a New Property:

• From the dashboard, click on the "Create Property" button to begin the process.
• Fill in all the required property details, including the property name, type, and other relevant information.

Add the Property Address:
Enter the property address in the designated fields. This address will be used during the photo tour to verify that you are physically at the location.
You have several options to provide the location:

• Option 1: Write down the full address and select it from the drop-down box that appears.
• Option 2: Use the movable pinpoint on the map to manually set the exact location.
• Option 3: If you know them, enter the latitude and longitude coordinates in the boxes provided for a precise location.

Submit the Property:
