How to upload Documents & Bulk

Uploading documentation is optional, but it's an important way to prove that the property complies with specific sustainability criteria. You can provide documents such as invoices or screenshots of smart apps that demonstrate your property’s compliance.

Where to Upload
To upload documents, go to the property you're working on and click on the "Documents" tab.

Assigning Someone Else
If you prefer, you can assign someone else, like the property owner, to upload the documents for you. To do this, simply click the Share button, which will give them special access to upload the files. You will be notified once they have completed the task.

Uploading Yourself
You can also upload the files yourself directly within the platform.

Bulk File Uploading
We understand that uploading documentation for multiple properties can be a time-consuming task. To save you time, we offer a "Bulk Files" section, where you can upload invoices or files that apply to all your properties at once, reducing the need to upload the same documents repeatedly for each individual property.
