Once you complete a photo tour, it remains valid for a period of 3 years from the date of completion. During this time, the tour will remain active in our system, and all the data you have provided will be securely stored.
Rest assured, the information and images from the tour will not be deleted or lost. You can access the tour anytime within the 3-year validity period without needing to retake or resubmit it unless there are significant changes to your property that require a new tour.
