Resolving GPS Permission Issues for the Photo Tour
The photo tour feature on our platform requires constant GPS access to ensure that the photos are being taken within the property’s specified location. If you are experiencing issues with GPS permissions, follow the steps below based on your mobile device and browser.
Go to Settings.
Tap on Apps or App Management.
Find and select our app.
Go to Permissions and ensure that Location is set to "Allow all the time" or "While using the app".
Make sure that Location Services are turned on by going to Settings > Location and switching it to On.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and find our app.
Tap Location.
Choose "While Using the App" or "Always" to ensure the app has access to your GPS.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure Location Services are turned on.
Open Chrome.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Site Settings.
Select Location and ensure it is set to Allow for our website.
Make sure Location Services are turned on at the device level as well (check Settings > Location).
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Scroll down to Privacy & Security and tap on Location Services.
Ensure that Location Services are On and set to Allow for Safari.
Check the app’s permissions in Settings > [Your App Name] > Location and set it to While Using the App or Always.
If you're still encountering issues after adjusting the permissions, try using another browser like Opera. Sometimes switching browsers can resolve problems related to GPS permissions.
Additional Tips:
Ensure that you have a strong GPS signal and are not in an area with poor reception (e.g., inside thick buildings or basements).
If the GPS is still not working, try restarting your device or updating your operating system.
For Android Devices:
Go to Settings.
