Why Am I Getting a Location Error During the Photo Tour?

Our photo tour feature requires you to be physically present at the property address you entered when creating your listing. If you receive an error stating that you are not at the property, it means that your current location does not match the address you provided.


To resolve this issue:


  • Check the Address: Make sure the property address you entered when creating the listing is correct. You can do this by clicking the button that appears on the error screen.


  • Verify Your Location: Ensure that you are physically at the property’s location when starting the photo tour. The tour is geolocated, meaning it will only work if you are within the property’s GPS coordinates.


  • Correct the Address: If you notice that the address you entered is incorrect, update it in the property details before starting the photo tour again.


By making sure the property address matches your current location, you’ll be able to proceed with the photo tour without any issues.
